Warrant & BulletBoys at the Arcada Theatre in St Charles IL 12-19-25

Warrant is back for their annual show at the historic Arcada Theatre in St. Charles, IL, and I couldn’t be more excited! I always make it a point to see these guys whenever they come to town, and they never disappoint. There’s something about the energy they bring to the stage that makes every show unforgettable.

It’s also worth mentioning that Warrant seems to love finishing their year here—every December, I’m flooded with Facebook memories from past shows. It’s like a tradition at this point!

Over the last few years, I’ve had a lot of conversations with people who jokingly refer to Warrant as a “cover band.” This is absolutely untrue, and it’s something I felt needed to be addressed. In fact, I even made a short video ranting about this, which you can check out here. Contrary to that misconception, Warrant still has three original members—Erik Turner, Joey Allen, and Steven Sweet—who have been with the band since the release of their debut album, Dirty Rotten Filthy Stinking Rich.

Another point that gets under my skin is how many fans rave about the Dog Eat Dog album, yet many don’t realize Warrant has been playing tracks from that album during their shows for years! It’s been a mainstay in their setlist for quite some time, proving they haven’t just stuck to their biggest hits.

Warrant always delivers a fantastic mix of their classic tracks, along with a “rare” or unusual gem. It’s clear they love their fans and take pride in their musical history. The night ended with a special surprise—Warrant brought out all the original BulletBoys members to join them on stage for Cherry Pie!

All in all, it was another incredible night of live rock and roll, full of energy, nostalgia, and pure fun. Can't wait to see them again next year!
